the LBCC Service Agreement presented during the payment process.
Your browser must support 128-bit encryption (e.g. For
Internet Explorer, click Help menu,
About, then see Cipher Strength). Also, stronger
SSL-V3 encryption must be enabled (e.g. For Internet Explorer, click
Tools menu, select Internet Options
, click on Advanced tab, then scroll
to the bottom and make sure "Use SSL 3.0" is checked.
All up-to-date browsers should support these features, check with vendor if you
are using different browser.
Avoid late charges by paying on or before the due date.
Please don't wait to the last minute to make a payment, as the payment website tends
to get very busy around due dates while servicing many institutions.

Lately, we have gotten few reports that the font on the payment screens is showing too
big or too small . We are investigating. As a work-around, you can try to change
font size on the payment page. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can accomplish
this by clicking on "View" pull-down then select a larger size from "Text Size" option.
(click "Back" button to return to SIS). If you get an error while making a payment,
please review FAQ.
How to Check Registration Status:
Click here for detailed Priority Registration info.
For future terms, please obtain your early registration time from SIS or the
Printed Schedule.
Generally, status for early registration
is available in SIS a couple of weeks prior to start of the Early Registration
period. Once available, you can verify your status in SIS before attempting to
register. To do so, click "Student & Financial Aid", then "Registration", and
then "Check Your Registration Status". Among other things it will show your
actual registration time and status. Important reminders:
1. Login into SIS at least one week before
you register to verify your ability access to SIS and to verify that there are
no holds on your account.
2. We strongly encourage you to see an academic advisor prior to registering.
3. Please note that your time slot simply indicates the earliest time you can
register for a specific term and generally extends until the end of that term. For
example, a time slot for March 8, 7am-11am means you can register starting at
7am on March 8 until end of term. Less senior students will be allowed to
register after 11am, so its important that you sign up for your important/core
classes as early as possible.
How to Check Your Grades:
Click on "Student & Financial Aid", then "Student
Records", then "Final Grades". Generally, grades are available the day after
instructors had submitted them.

Hours of Operations
SIS and Online Schedule are available everyday, except during system backups (Friday, from 9:30pm, until
early Saturday). In addition, please note that there are about 12
weekends a year where SIS is pre-scheduled for maintenance, usually only a hand
full of these weekends is actually utilized. When maintenance is being
performed, a message
will be posted indicating when SIS will return to service. Also,
Web Payment is not available once a month, on the third Saturday, from
6pm until 6am, Sunday.
Financial Aid Priority Deadlines
In order to streamline the application process for all students, the Financial Aid Office will be implementing a Priority Deadline date for each quarter. This means that in order for your financial aid award to be processed and reviewed by our office, you will need to have all of your required documentation in by the posted Priority Deadline.
If you miss the Priority Deadline, we will still process your file, but you will be responsible to cover your own expenses (living and educational) until we are able to do so.
Listed Below are the Priority Deadlines for the 2009-10 Academic Year:
Summer-09 Quarter Priority Deadline Date: May 29, 2009
Fall-09 Quarter Priority Deadline Date: July 20, 2009
Winter-10 Quarter Priority Deadline Date: November 9, 2009
Spring-10 Quarter Priority Deadline Date: February 1, 2010
How does this new policy impact students at LBCC? Typically, the Financial Aid Office awards students for the academic year, which is interpreted as fall, winter, and spring. However, some of our student population groups attend summer, fall, winter, and spring. For that group, if they meet the Summer Priority Deadline Date (May 29, 2009), we will award them for summer, fall, winter, and spring quarters.
Example 1: Jane wants to attend fall/winter/spring. Jane will need to meet the fall Priority Deadline Date (July 20, 2009) so that she can be awarded for fall/winter/spring quarters.
Example 2: John wants to attend winter quarter and then transfer to OSU for spring term. John will need to meet the Winter Quarter Priority Deadline Date (November 9, 2009) in order for us to have his award available for winter term.
